Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security process that requires users to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to a resource, such as an application, online account, or VPN. This added layer of security ensures that even if one factor, like a password, is compromised, the account remains protected by additional verification steps, such as a code sent to a mobile device or a fingerprint scan.
